Myers Recording Studio Audio Archive Collection
Myers Recording Studio maintains an historical audio archive collection of many Manhattan School of Music performances, master classes, and concerts that are recorded each year.
Only currently enrolled students, alumni, or faculty who have performed on a designated concert may request a copy of such a performance for private use from the audio archive.
You must obtain the catalog number of the performance from the library and then submit a Copy Request Form with any applicable payment to the Distance Learning and Recording Arts Department.
The fee for real-time transfers from media such as DAT tapes, minidiscs, LPs or cassettes is calculated at an hourly rate. Therefore, an estimate will be provided when the material is dropped off and the final payment will be due upon completion.
Additional fees will apply for any transfer involving reel-to-reel cassette tapes.
The audio archive does not include student recital or private recording session recordings.
