The Andersen Hall Office of Residence Life is located on the 6th floor of the residence hall off of the 6th- floor lounge.

Staff on Duty

There are two RAs on duty each evening (6:00 pm–9:00 am) and all day on weekends. The RA on duty is available to support residents after hours when they need support such as being locked out of their room, noise complaints, facilities concerns, or just needing someone to talk to about a challenge, the RAs on duty are available to help. For more difficult situations such as medical attention, mental health support and more, there is always a professional staff member on duty who our RAs may involve for added support.

Please call 917-376-2418 to contact the RA on duty weekends and weekday evenings from 6pm to 9am. During the workday, please call the staff in Andersen Hall at 917-493- 4035.
